'Fore' Get me Not Golf

When we were approached to build a brand that united golf with a deeply human cause, raising awareness for dementia, we knew this would be more than just a visual identity project. 'Fore' Get Me Not Golf needed to be a movement.

Our challenge: Craft a brand that could mobilise a community, tell personal stories, and create meaningful change on and off the green.

The Brand Creation

Our Approach

Naming & Identity

We developed the name ‘Fore’ Get Me Not Golf as a thoughtful play on the golf call “Fore!” and the forget-me-not flower, a powerful symbol for dementia awareness. The dual meaning rooted the brand in remembrance and action.

Logo & Visual System

The final logo blends a forget-me-not flower inside a stylised golf ball, symbolising movement, memory, and unity. We built a soft, accessible colour palette using calm blues, gentle yellows, and natural greens to evoke hope and clarity.

Tone of Voice

We positioned the brand with a clear, compassionate tone, community-first, gently motivational, and never clinical. The tagline, “Swing for Change. Remember Together.”, tied it all together.

    Developed a fully responsive site focused on: Volunteering & donations as well as Dementia education and personal stories. Accessibility was core: high contrast, large fonts, screen reader compatibility.

  • Social Activation Strategy
    Including a launch campaign (#Foregetmenotgolf and community storytelling content

The Result

Since launch, Fore Get Me Not Golf has:

Engaged 200+ participants weekly across multiple local clubs and raised over £18,000 for dementia charities, as well as built a passionate online community and sparked partnerships with national health and golf organisations

What began as a branding project has become a growing grassroots movement, powered by purpose and a shared love of the game. This project reminded us that design is most powerful when it moves people, not just visually, but emotionally. ‘Fore’ Get Me Not Golf isn’t just a brand; it’s a lifeline for many, and we’re proud to have helped bring it to life.
